Mangan, Ralph Raymond, Jr. With sadness, we announce the passing of Ralph R. Mangan, Jr. Ralph was born April 13, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York. He passed away January 19, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Ralph was a graduate of De LaSalle High School in Minneapolis. He served in the United States Coast Guard in Thailand during the Vietnam War. He worked in law enforcement in Minneapolis and Phoenix until retirement. Ralph was a Free Mason and Master of Glendale, Arizona Lodge #23, and Master of White River Blue Lodge #62 in Show Low, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his loving parents: Ralph R. Mangan, Sr., and Madonna (Christian) Mangan. Ralph leaves to celebrate his life: his son, Ralph III (Annette); grandsons: Ralph IV, and James all of Colorado Springs; devoted sister, Maria Cain of Las Vegas; special cousins: Bill, Mike and Mark Hines of Minneapolis; and wonderful friends in Mesa and Show Low, Arizona. Private family services were held. Memorials in Ralph's name are suggested to Vietnam Veterans of America. Rest in Peace, My Dearest Brother.
