Siepka, Eugenia Longtime resident of Gary-New Duluth passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Catholic Elder Care on Main. She was born on April 2, 1924 in Wojein, Poland to Ludislawa (Glowacki) and Wladyslaw Wejner. Eugenia was preceded in death by her first husband, Tadeusz Kubot; her eldest son, Zenon Kubot; and her second husband, Vincent Siepka. She immigrated to the United States (Duluth, MN) and married Vincent in 1965. She became a beloved step mother to Vincent's children. Eugenia lived in Gary-New Duluth and was a member of St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church from 1965 until she moved to Minneapolis in 2007. Eugenia is survived by her children, Ted Kubot, Krystyne (Scott) Supplee, Pauline (David) Siepka, Regina Schaub, Vince (Carol) Siepka, and Ray (Beata) Siepka; grandchildren, Darius, Renata, Joanne, Julianne, Katie, and Sam; and great-grandchildren, Jacek and Malgosia. Visitation: 10:00 until the 11:00 a.m. Funeral service Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 622 99th Ave. West, Duluth. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Superior, WI.
