After retiring in 1990, Russ and Dianne moved to the Tucson area to enjoy year round golf, warm weather and the desert. Russ had a great love and respect for the game of golf. He often said, "golf is not a game, but a way of life". Although he was recognized as an excellent golfer, he always strove to make his game and himself better... and always enjoyed a lively conversation about golf theory. His children are forever grateful for his pride and inspiring support for them. He will be missed by all who knew him. May he Rest In Peace Private Service will be held in Minnesota at a later date.
