Curran, Catherine Our beloved "Kitty" wanted to be remembered for her love of family, for which she will be, and for so much more. She was kind, courageous, loyal, and always gave of herself to those she loved and the many organizations for which she volunteered. She fussed over everyone who would let her, and even those who wouldn't. She was a lover of fine arts, a good laugh, the National Enquirer, and all God's creatures (except pesky squirrels who pounced on her bird feeders). She was also fashion-forward, a gifted cellist, hummer and connoisseur of Indian art. And she made us laugh many times because she was so directionally challenged and had acute mathophobia. Our beloved Kitty made every day an adventure and was never boring. She was a firm believer in Salvation through Jesus Christ and dreamed of being reunited with her mom Dorothy and dad Clark. Kitty was a wonderful wife to John for 40 years; devoted sister to Barbara, Carol and Jinny; magical mom/step-mom/mother-in-law to Liz, Pam, Susan, Debbie & Todd, Roger & Jody, and Courtney; and the World's Best Nana to Giovanni, Jack, Charlie, Lucy, Andy, and Billy. Visitation at 9:30am with funeral service at 10:30am, Friday, January 20 at Calvary Lutheran Church (7520 Golden Valley Rd, Golden Valley 55427). Reception at 12:00 at Town & Country Club (300 N Mississippi River Blvd, St Paul 55104). Private interment to follow reception at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights. In lieu of flowers, please donate to or volunteer for Feed My Starving Children. 'Kay bye! Washburn-McReavy.com Glen Haven Chapel 763-533-8643
