Pedersen, Paul B. Iowa farm boy and Lutheran missionary turned U of M college professor, author of 50 books on multi-culturalism and recipient of the American Psychological Association's lifetime achievement award, passed away on January 11, 2017, in Minnetonka, MN. He was 80. Survived by wife, Doris Hsiao Feng Chang; children, Karen (Jeff), Kai (Kim), Jon (Ginger) and Deborah; grandchildren Emily, Mandy, Jacob, Jack, Sam, Alex, Callie and Saxon; and sister Rita Juhl (Richard). There will be a celebration of Paul's life on January 24 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 16515 Luther Way, Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Visitation begins at 3 p.m. with service starting at 4 p.m. Memorials can be sent to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
