Lehman, Mark Alan age 56, beloved husband and father, passed away peacefully at home in Mendota Heights, surrounded by family, on December 4, 2016, at age 56 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. A graduate of Hopkins Eisenhower H.S. and Moorhead State University, Mark pursued a career in accounting and finance, receiving his MBA from Carlson School of Management in 1995. Mark was a hardworking provider for his loved ones, most recently as corporate controller and treasurer at SurModics, Inc., Eden Prairie, and formerly with Telex, Ecolab, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and other organizations. His colleagues describe him as a motivational leader, mentor and friend. Mark is survived by his wife, Sara Strom Lehman, sons Jack and Andrew, siblings Terry Lehman (Barb), Christie Grey (Bob), Herb Lehman Jr (Angie), Scott Lehman (Sandy), Cheryl Keckeisen (Mike), Kim Lopez (Dan), and Jesse Lehman (Jen), mother-in-law Gloria Strom, siblings-in-law Laura Rodriguez, Mitchell Strom, and Karen Dyck (Fred), along with nieces, nephews, many other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Jerome Lehman and Donna Jean Block Lehman, nephew Nathan Daniel Lopez, and father-in-law Kenneth Strom. Services will be held at 11am Friday, Dec. 9, 2016, at Christ Presbyterian Church, West 70th St. at Hwy 100, Edina, MN. Visitation 4p-7pm Thursday, Dec. 8, at Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel, West 50th St and Vernon Ave. at Hwy 100, Edina.
