Marshall Orville Allan Handberg

Handberg, Marshall Orville Allan age 85, passed away peacefully as he went to be with His Lord on Friday, Oct. 14th, 2016. "Marsh"was loved by all. He is survived by his wife Kathy Wiitmen Handberg, brother Channing Handberg and four children Cindy Yared Turner, Becky Johnson Lane, John Handberg and Paul Handberg. He was also blessed with 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Marsh resided with his wife Kathy in Rogers, MN. Marsh especially enjoyed teaching country school, working for Control Data and owning a restaurant in his lifetime. His passion was for the great outdoors, took pride in watching his grandchildren's sports and had such an artistic flair with woodworking and painting. Dad will be remembered for his quick wit, the loving twinkle in his blue eyes and beautiful vocal ability, especially when he sang the "Lords Prayer." This loving man left an inheritance of Christian faith to his family. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, Oct. 28th, 2016 at 11:00 am at Glory of Christ Lutheran Church, 4040 Hwy 101 No., Plymouth with visitation 1 hour prior to the service from 10 am-11 am.
