Phelon, Phillip A. Age 83, of Eagan. Died on October 19, 2016 after a short bout with cancer. Survived by loving wife of 56 years, Milly; children Stephanie (James) Humbeutel, Tim (Jeanne) Phelon; grandchildren, Claire, Thomas, Amelia, Trinda (Paul); and many other family and friends. Memorial Service 12 Noon Tuesday, October 25th at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 1720 East Minnehaha Pkwy, Mpls. Gathering of Friends 1 hour prior to the service at church.
