Olsen, Jamie Lynn was taken from us much too soon, her body consumed by cancer just a few days before her 57th birthday. Jamie had literally hundreds of friends, drawn to her not only by her talent with horses (she was a master of hoof care and had a unique way with all animals) but by her honesty, her intelligence, her spirituality, her unusual ability to read people and her delightful sense of humor. Jamie is survived by her husband, Mike; two sons, Jeremy and Talon; her mother, Sandra Glassman (Ron); father, Abraham Seitel (Susan); brother, Craig Seitel and nephew, Max; and niece, Alexandra Seitel. Jamie was preceded in death by her brother, Andrew Seitel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Adath Jeshurun Synagogue, earmarked for the Andrew Seitel Memorial Fund, which supports children and families at risk, or to the charity of the donor's choice. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, August 29th, at Adath Jeshurun, 10500 Hillside Lane West, Minnetonka, 55305.
