Michael T. Johnson

Johnson, Michael T. Retired US Navy HMC Chief, of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully August 10. He was the eldest of a family of eleven. Mike was preceded in death by parents, Donald & Blanche; and brother, Christopher. He is loved deeply and will be greatly missed by his siblings, Don (Martha), Mary Frahm (Doug), Tim, Larry (Shannon), Therese Kienast, Jerry (Sandy), Suzanne Sparby (Bob), Colleen Larsen and Patrick (Karin), as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Mike took great pride in his service with the US Navy and USMC as a HMC Chief. He loved travel, cooking and spending time with his extended family. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Richard's Catholic Church, 7540 Penn Ave. So., Richfield 11 AM Thursday August 18. Visitation 1/2 hour prior to service. Interment will be at Fort Snelling at a later date. Memorials preferred to St. Richard's Catholic Church.
