Tim Outzen

Outzen, Tim of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2016. Preceded in death by mother, Mary. Survived by loving husband Jim Blechinger and pets, Layla and Mike. Also lovingly survived by father Lloyd, sisters Rosemary and Betty, brother David, and many nieces, nephews and friends. No service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Friends of Loring Park or Gregory's Gift of Hope (no kill animal shelter).
