Beverly Simon

Simon, Beverly Age 89 of St. Louis Park, formerly of St. Paul died peacefully, July 28, 2016 at her home in Knollwood Place surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Born Dec. 5, 1926 to Jacob Fine and Jenny Atlas-Fine, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Irwin and Richard Fine, and her husband of 47 years, Nathan Simon. She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey and Elissa Simon, Mark Simon and Ricki Roberts, Jim and Susie Simon, Tom and Debbie Simon, Michael and Fifi Simon; and daughter, Margie and Guillermo Ortiz; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. A devoted mother, grandmother and great role model, she was the heart and soul of a close-knit family, a classy lady with grace and compassion. Funeral service was held Friday.
