Survived by her partner Vicki Seebold; twin brother Sam of Duluth, MN, brother Carter Jr. of Ocean City, MD; sister Libby Howell of Chandler, AZ. Memorial service 11/23, Indian Rocks Baptist Church, Indian Rocks, FL.
