John Gerard 'Jack' Conzemius

Conzemius, John "Jack" Gerard age 69, passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, February 6, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Catherine Conzemius of Hastings, MN; and sister, Mary (Cap) Knoblauch, of Arizona. He is survived by his wife, Ann; sons John (Lisa), Nick (Julie), Pat (Adrienne); daughter, Kate (Derek) Van De Velde; and grandchildren, Liam, Ryan, Collin, Michael, Caroline, Benjamin, Matthew, and Etta; brother, Norbert (Mary Ellen); many nieces, nephews, and close friends. He was a devout family man, active in Rotary, owner of Emergency Automotive Technologies Inc., and had served in the US Army Reserves. Services will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 16770 - 13th Street South, Lake St. Croix Beach, MN, 55043.
