Charneski, David Andrew age 64, of Richfield, MN, on January 13, 2016 unexpectedly from heart failure. 1969 Roosevelt High graduate and University of Minnesota alma mater. Preceded in death by mother, Margaret Patenaude of HI, father Robert Charneski of WI and sister Julie of HI. Survived by wife, best friend, and travel companion Patricia Seltz and daughters Sara (fiancé Colin Wright) and Sydney; his siblings Kyle Grace of HI, Kay Posen of NV and brother Dan of ND. He was traveling throughout the U.S. in a motorhome with his wife since retiring 16 months ago from Waterous Pumps and Valves in South St. Paul. He was an avid volleyball player and always looked forward to fishing opener with his lifetime friends. Dave, a proud father of his daughters; Sydney a dental student in Illinois and Sara, his BWCA partner, and employee at Best Buy. He was an amazing husband and adventurer who planned on exploring the world with his wife for years to come. He was a loving, passionate, free spirit who was competitively driven and hard working. His love for nature, fishing, and the outdoors will live on through his beloved family and friends. Celebration of life 12-2:30 pm Sunday, January 31 at the Cremation Society of MN on 7110 France Ave So. in Edina. Memorials to donor's choice.
