Brislin, Thomas Gaytons age 49 of Deephaven, accidentally passed away August 24, 2008. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Jerome Brislin. Survived by his wife of 14 years, Mary Georgens; son, Patrick; beloved dog, Jimmy; parents, John and Janet Brislin of Pittsburgh; sister, Susan Garver of Pittsburgh as well as many loving friends and extended family. Tommy attended Central Catholic High School and graduated from Duquesne University. He worked for G.E. Capital for 20 years designing and reconfiguring office spaces. Tommy was a U.S. Army Veteran, avid sailor, fisherman, skier, and outdoorsman. You could see him at the ball park coaching his son's little league team. He was an incredible husband, father and friend. Mass of Christian Burial 11 am, Thursday, August 28, 2008 at the Church of St. Therese of Deephaven, 18323 Minnetonka Blvd., Deephaven. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church.
