Piontek, Donald Of Eden Prairie passed away on November 1, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born March 17, 1945 in New York City and was raised in the Bronx. Don served in the Navy during Vietnam and as a Navy Sailor, sailed through the Arctic. Don's career as a print specialist consultant took him all over Europe and he eventually settled in Minnesota in the early 1990's. He enjoyed running, dining out, traveling & music. Don is preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Sophie. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Janet; son, Stefan (Grace); brother, Thomas (Nanette); extended family & friends.
