Lyden, Corinne B. June 22, 1922-October 12, 2019, passed away peacefully surrounded by children and grandchildren. She was born Corinne Jarandson in Moorhead MN and was valedictorian of Hawley High School in 1940. Graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN 1944 Cum Laude in Mathematics. Taught high school in Elbow Lake and Proctor MN. Married to Waldo B. Lyden 1952 until his death in 1998, having lived many years in Seattle, WA, Neenah, WI, and Greenwich, CT, before retiring to MN. She is survived by her three children, Becky (Dean) Leff, Laurie (Callon) Holloway, and John (Elizabeth) Lyden, along with seven grandchildren: Callon (Nozomi) Holloway, Aaron (Cressida) Holloway, Ben Leff, Jamie Leff, Karl Lyden, Grace Lyden, and Clara Lyden. Corinne was a lifelong Lutheran and a person of great faith, a student of the Bible, a pianist and organist, and had many other interests. She resided at The Colony at 431 Prairie Center Drive, Eden Prairie from 2005 until her death, where there will be a memorial service celebrating her life on Tuesday, October 15 at 1:00 PM for friends and family.
