Belrose, Etta Jane 80 years old, died peacefully surrounded by her family. Etta Jane was married to William Michael Belrose for 62 years and is survived by their 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 2 cats. Etta Jane's father died when she was 3 years old, so she grew up as an only child. She always wanted a large family and her whole life centered around her children and her grandchildren. She met William Michael Belrose when she was 14 years old at a high school dance circa 1953. On the way home from the dance she told her mother "I will marry that man." Michael and Etta Jane were married on September 20, 1958 in Hayward, California. They lived in California until 1974 when Mike's job was transferred to Minnesota. The family grew up in Minnesota and at Etta Jane's direction learned to love baseball, figure skating and snow. She taught them well. I will always love you Etta Jane. You are the light of my life. At night when I reach out to find your hand and it's not about, I will know that you are in a better place. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Thursday, September 5th with visitation one hour prior at Pax Christi Catholic Community, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie.
