Martha Burke

Burke, Martha Age 86, of Willmar, died Aug. 4, 2019, at Copperleaf Senior Living in Willmar. Her memorial service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, August 24th at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Monticello with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Family burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis. Cremation services were with Harvey Anderson Funeral Home in Willmar. In 1967 "Martie" met her future husband John "Jack" Burke. The two welcomed their only child, a son, Kevin in 1968. Jack and Martie were married on July 4, 1969. They called St. Louis Park their home for many years. Martie retired from Park Nicolet Hospital in 1994, after 30 years of service. In 1998 they built a home in Monticello. She is survived by her son, Kevin (and Lisa) of New London and brother, John of Dallas, TX.
