Lynch, William "Bill" J. Age 86 of St. Paul, passed away August 12th after battling cancer surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Cork Lynch; sister, Nancy Breher; brothers-in-law, George Breher, Jim Hare & Joe Sampair. Sisters-in-law, Shelagh Sampair and Bonnie Sampair. Survived by loving wife of 62 years, Mary (Sampair); children, Kathy (Tim) Murnane, Molly (John) Finley, Michael (Lisa), Sheila (Tim) Mahoney, Julie (Michael) Murphy. Also survived by 9 grandchilren, Molly (Russ) Nelsen, Nick (Molly) Murnane, Marie Finley, Lexi, Kayla and Sophie Lynch, Ellie and TJ Mahoney, and Meghan Murphy; sisters, Jean Hare and Susie (Dave) Uhler; in-laws, Pat Sampair, Jim & Susan Sampair, Tom Sampair; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Bill was a 1951 graduate of Cretin High School, was involved in many organizations and clubs and served in the Liquor Industry for over 55 years. Funeral mass 3PM Friday, August 16th at Church of The Assumption 51 7th Street West, St. Paul. Visitation 1PM-3PM at the church.
