Harry Bedman, Jr.

Bedman, Harry, Jr. Harry Thomas Dunn Bedman, Jr., 86, of Alexandria, MN, passed away Sunday, August 11, at Bethany on the Lake in Alexandria, MN. He taught in the Robbinsdale school district 33 years and ran the family resort, Bedman's Beach on Lake Ida in the summer. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Sr. and Hilda Bedman; two brothers, James and Lyle Bedman; sister, Lilias Gagnon; and son-in-law, Lee Warfield. Harry is survived by wife of 28 years, Marilyn Bedman, Alexandria; daughters, Deborah (Marlon) Sias, Hill City, MN, Connie (Ralph) Martin, Alexandria and Jackie Warfield, Alexandria; son, Jerome Bedman, Alexandria; step-daughters, Nancy Frie (Lynn Matti), Rochester, MN and Karen (Jeff) Peterson, New Hope, MN; 12 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 6 step-great grandchildren. Funeral service 1 PM Fri., Aug. 16, Bethany on the Lake Chapel. Private interment, Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
