Morrow, Richard Earl Age 76 of Texas. Passed away peacefully on July 4th, 2019, in Waconia, MN. Richard was born on September 6th, 1942, in Vernon Center, MN to Alfred and Lucille Morrow (Burdick). He was one of eight children. Richard lived in Texas since the early 80's and would visit family in Minnesota during the Summer months. Richard was a Montgomery High 1960 graduate and a two time State Champion Pole Vaulter, in 1958 and 1960. His high school records were held for many years. He attended the University of Minnesota where he successfully competed in the Big Ten Track & Field Meets. He was a Natural Athlete. He loved to coach sports, boating and fishing, bowling, dancing, traveling with his family, and later in life he enjoyed buying and selling at the flea markets in Texas. Richard is survived by his three children William Morrow (Sarah), Pamela (Morrow) Grosam (Brian), & Robin (Morrow) Armstrong (Chadd), and his four Grandchildren, Maxwell, Jaxon, Lexi and Karlie. A Celebration of life Memorial will be held on July 21, 2019 at The Bloomington Event Center; 1114 American Boulevard West, Bloomington, MN 55420 in the Fireside Room from 1pm-3:30pm (Remembrance held at 2pm)
