Norma Jean Anderson

Anderson, Norma Jean Age 82 of Bloomington, left us to be with her Lord and Savior on July 1st, 2019. She is preceded in death by husband Roger, mother Lillian, and brother William. She is survived by children Sherri Dorsch (Jeff), Steve (Sara) and Scott (Julie), and 8 grandchildren. Norma grew up in Minneapolis after moving from Omaha, NE. She attended Washburn High and met her husband at Gustavus Adolphus College. Norma was a loving and devoted wife, and nurturing mother and grandmother. The two complimentary attributes of Norma's personality were kindness and gentleness. This was evidenced daily with her husband and children, and obvious to all who got to know her. Norma always displayed a gentle calmness even during the more trying events in her life. Funeral service is at 10:30 am, Wednesday, July 10, in the Chapel at Grace Church, Eden Prairie (enter door 2). Visitation will begin 30 minutes prior and a luncheon will follow the service at the church. Private interment at Fort Snelling Cemetery.
