Meyer, Harlan H. age 83, of Champlin. Born: June 30, 1936 in Garrison, Iowa and passed away June 21, 2019 after a long struggle with heart failure. Preceded by parents: William and Roberta (Selk) Meyer. Survived by loving wife of forty-six years, Joyce, children: Jeffrey (Carol), David (Lauri) and Brian (Lorain) Meyer and Jennifer (David) Beaulieu, grandchildren: Merritt Rimereit, Simon Meyer, Kyle and Christopher Meckley, 4 step-grandchildren, great-grandson: Johan Rimereit, 6 step-great-grandchildren, sister: Marjean Meyer, nieces and nephews: Dean Bechard, Michelle Carlson, Tim Schuller, Suzanne McNamara, Karen Renstrom, Mark Fellner, Clayton and Reed Fellner and Darla Eiden. Harlan, by profession, was a television director leaving WCCO-TV to form his own video production company, Tele-Producers, with partner Randy Berglin. In retirement he served his community, Nowthen, MN, as a city councilman and served on his parish council, St. Patrick Catholic Church in Oak Grove, MN. Mass of Christian Burial at the CHURCH OF ST.
