Galloway, Anna M. "Toots" Beloved Mother and Grandmother. Age 83, of South St. Paul passed away on April 23, 2019. Preceded in death by siblings, Helen and Philip. Survived by children, Dennis (Mary), Vicki, Kenneth (Susan), Tim (Lori); 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; siblings, Phyllis and Richard; and many other family and friends.
