Zachman, Chatrea Rose "Tia" age 21, of St. Michael passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. She was born on January 20, 1998 in Cambodia. Tia graduated from St. Michael-Albertville High School in 2016. She was attending Concordia College in St. Paul majoring in Communications. Tia loved sports! Especially softball, lacrosse and basketball. She currently played lacrosse for Concordia College. Tia also coached lacrosse at Cretin Derham Hall High School. She always had a bright smile and a great sense of humor. Tia was loved by many! Survived by her loving parents: Charles & Yvonne Zachman of St. Michael; a sister: Ashley (Aaron) Berning of Buffalo; a nephew: Colton Berning; grandmothers: Rosie Zachman and Jeanette Polejewski both of Otsego; further survived by aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by her grandfathers: Alfred Zachman and Frank Polejewski. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019 11:00 A.M. St. Michael Catholic Church in St. Michael. Visitation Monday, April 22nd 4-8 P.M. AT THE CHURCH (11300 Frankfort Parkway, St. Michael, MN). Further visitation Tuesday morning, April 23rd one hour prior to Mass at the church.
