Giannakakis, Rosa age 85 of Edina, passed away peacefully on April 15th, 2019. Preceded in death by husband, Dennis. She was an outgoing person who loved to volunteer where she would utilize her excellent cooking skills, and was always full of life. Survived by children, Bessie (Blaise) and Sam (Bessie), Tony (Cindy); grandchildren Sophia, George, Andrew and Nicholas. Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 22nd at 1pm with visitation one hour prior, all at St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church, 3450 Irving Ave S, Minneapolis.
