Iverson, Eric B. Age 55, of Minnetonka, passed away peacefully on April 11th surrounded by loved ones, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Eric will be greatly missed and fondly remembered as a dedicated employee (SuperValu for 24 years), loving father, loyal friend, motor head, humorist, and true inspiration to many. Preceded in death by father, Roger, and sister, Edie. Survived by mother, Alice Iverson; daughter, Laura Iverson; son, Nicholas Iverson; sister, Sarah (Robert) Kent; brothers, Ian (Kelly) Iverson, Aaron (Julie) Iverson, and Evan (Jennifer) Iverson; grandchild, Avery Williams. Celebration of Life Open House will be held for friends and family at 1907 Dupont Ave South, Minneapolis, MN, on Saturday, April 20 from 1:00-4:00pm to gather, visit, and share memories. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions preferred to Prostate Cancer Foundation.
