Jensen, Delbert C. Passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on April 9, 2019, at the age of 102 years. He was born in Norma ND to Eliminie and Hans Jensen. He was preceded in death by his parents, loving wife Ardis, Daughter Judith Clark, and Great Granddaughter Bailey Wilke. Survived by children, Barb Wilke (Jim Norris), Terry Jensen, Alexandra (Sue) Jensen, Arlana Parsons, Tim Jensen (Carol Gillis), & Tom Jensen (Diane Lawin); 15 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren and 11 Great Great Grandchildren; Many Nieces and Nephews, friends and faithful cat, Mona. He moved to Mpls as a young teenager and attended Mpls public school. In 1934 attended Dunwoody Institute, where he graduated as a machinist. He married his sweetheart in 1938. In 1945 he went into the Navy and was honorably discharged after serving less than six months. He worked for General Mills for about 25 years. After a short time he successfully started and ran his own machining business, Ardel Engineering. He sold the business and retired in 1982. He built his home in Crystal in 1947 and lived there for 62 years. Del & Ardie were married just shy of 70 years before her passing in 2007. Memorials please to Elim Lutheran Church, Robbinsdale, MN.
