Shambour, Bernard W. "Bernie" age 86 of Cologne passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 16. Bernie proudly served his country in the Korean War as a Field Wireman, earning two Bronze Service Metals and attaining the rank of Corporal. Bernie is survived by his loving family, daughter Linda Baldwin and fiance' Kevin Shanahan, son Bernie J and Karen Shambour, and son Mark Shambour and partner Jeffery Andrew; granddaughter Rebecca (Cole) Pedraja, grandsons Luke Baldwin, Lance Baldwin and fiance' Sandra Espitia, great-granddaughters Clara and Hannah Pedraja. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 12:00 noon at St. Bernard Catholic Church (210 Playhouse Street East) in Cologne. Visitation Sunday (today) 1-5 P.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Waconia and Monday 1 hour prior to the Mass at church. Interment Church Cemetery.
