Cheeley, Ora K. (nee Ives) Age 103 of Brooklyn Park passed away Oct 2, 2018. Ora was born Sept. 23, 1915 in Farmington, MN. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. Preceded in death by her husband, Barney; sisters, Ethel Nowak, Bernice Wanha, Dorothy Hauglie, Rosella Laudert; and brother, Richard Ives. Survived by son, Don Cheeley (Jean); grandchildren, Kara Helzer (Joel) and Mark Cheeley (Hilary); great grandchildren, Sam and Kate Helzer and Kindra and Grey Cheeley; sister, Phyllis Ghostley; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral 11 AM Monday at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 7401 County Road 101, Maple Grove with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Burial 10 AM Tuesday at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
