St. George, Maurice R. Jr. 94, of St. Paul, Minn., passed away peacefully at home on September 7, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice Sr. and Florence St. George. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Katy; two children, Debi (Mark) and Mitch; six grandchildren, Dustin (Stephanie), Shane, Shelley (Sascha), Matt (Tim), Krissy and Melissa; and one great-grandson, Lasse. Maury was a proud member of the U.S. Air Force, serving in World War II, Korea and Vietnam, as well as the Mercury Program and Minuteman Project, achieving the rank of Lt. Colonel before his retirement. He will always be remembered as a warm and generous person, who would give the shirt off of his back. He was an avid golfer, skier, traveler and always had a story to tell. He had a tireless work ethic and completed numerous home renovations with only his hands and determination. His family will receive friends and relatives from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 28, 2018, at Independence Golf Club, 600 Founders Bridge Blvd., Midlothian, Va. 23113. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Air Force Aid Society. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery, date to be determined.
