Beiersdorf, Viola M. age 96, of Minnetonka passed away on September 20, 2018. Preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Beiersdorf; parents, Burton and Emma Strom; brothers: John, Ron, Floyd, and Wilbur; sister, Mildred. Survived by son Bob (Barbara) Beiersdorf; grandchildren: Katie (Robert) and Jenny; great grandchildren: Anthony, Hunter, and Alex. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, Sept. 25th at 10:30 AM at Shepherd of The Hills Lutheran Church (500 S. Blake Rd, Edina), with visitation continuing one hour before the service. Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in Lake Wilson, MN. Visitation will be Monday, Sept 24 from 5-7pm at Strobeck Johnson Hopkins Chapel.
