Betty Ann (Warner) Kotval

Kotval, Betty Ann (nee Warner) formerly of Clarissa, MN, and Monticello, MN, passed peacefully in her sleep on Thurs., 9/6/2018, at age 95 years, 356 days, at Sholom Home West. Preceded in death by husband Albert Kotval. Survived by children: Lawrence (Charyle) Kotval, Curtis (Linda) Kotval, Pamela Kotval, Allan (Nancy) Kotval, and Byron (Kimberly) Kotval; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No funeral. Celebration of life Sat., Sept. 15; 1-3:30 p.m.; Senior Center, 402 Main St. W., Clarissa, MN, with brief graveside service, 4 p.m., at Woodman Cemetery. No flowers. Memorials to Minnesota Western Fraternal Life Scholarship Fund or your charity of choice.
