Gladbach, Heather M. (McFadden) 45, Minneapolis, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018. She is preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. Survived by her husband, Tom; children, Vincent Edward and Caroline Wilhelmina; parents, Ed Sr. and Kathleen McFadden; brother, Ed Jr. and his wife Elisabeth Creighton; father and mother-in-law, Denis and Pat Gladbach; and numerous extended family members. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial: Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 5435 11th Ave South, Minneapolis, MN.
