Backstrom III, Edward A Age 69 of Minneapolis, passed away at home. Ed was a retired Attorney for the City of Minneapolis. Preceded in death by parents, Edward Jr. & Virginia; sister-in-law, Jean. Survived by brothers, Mike and Paul (Connie); niece, nephews and many friends. Ed loved the outdoors enjoyed Tennis, Volleyball, Biking, Scuba Diving, Skiing, Golf and photography. Memorial service Friday, 8/10, 2PM, Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center with visitation starting at 1:30PM.
