Joseph Warren Beach

Beach, Joseph Warren Age 75, of Eden Prairie MN, formerly of Edina, passed away on July 3, 2018 from lung cancer and COPD. Son of Dr. Northrop and Carolyn Beach, Joe was a graduate of The Blake Schools 1960, the University of MN 1965 and the University of MN Law School 1968. Joe worked in commercial real estate syndication and was the co-founder of Care Options, a guide for nursing home placement for hospital personnel. He enjoyed writing fiction, and was the author of "The Green Game." Other interests included tennis, volunteering at the Guthrie Theater, Gopher football, traveling, and especially spending days with his grandchildren. His witty sense of humor will be missed by his wife of 48 years, Diane; daughter, Stephanie (Adam Kimpton); son, Matthew (Jennifer); grandchildren, Amelia and Louisa Beach and Samuel Kimpton; siblings, Christopher (Carrie) & Cecilia Beach and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother, Norris (Nemo). Memorial services to be held Friday, July 20th at Christ Presbyterian Church, 6901 Norman- dale Rd, Edina MN at llam, with visitation beginning at 10am.
