Keller, Ronald E. Age 69, of Hopkins, MN passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 23rd. Beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Preceded in death by parents, Robert Keller and Martha Burke; brother, Robert Jr.

Ron served in the Air Force Reserves before spending several years as a bartender in Minneapolis. He went on to become a drug and alcohol abuse counselor, and eventually found his home at Oak Grove Lutheran Church as the custodian where he served for 27 years.

Caring and compassionate, Ron often volunteered his time to help others. He was a storyteller, a jokester, and a family man. He never turned down a trip to the candy store or a walk outside on a nice day. Camping, fishing, billiards, playing cards, and relaxing on the back porch with family and friends were some of his favorite hobbies.

Memories of Ron will be cherished by all who knew him. Survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary; sisters Nancy (Bill) Pyle, June Runkle, Sue White; son Mike (Julie) Keller; daughters Michelle (Saif) Ewaysi, Ashley (Nate) Bingenheimer; four grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held Sat, July 28th, 11 AM at Oak Grove Lutheran Church, 7045 Lyndale Ave S, Richfield, MN 55423.
