Traylor-Liddick, Janelle M. Age 64, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away at her home on May 15, 2018. Janelle was born April 9, 1954 in Council Bluffs to the late Gerald and Nancy (Verakruzen) Traylor. She graduated from Council Bluffs Abraham Lincoln High School in 1972. Janelle married Steven D. Liddick on June 29, 1974. They were blessed with three children, Joshua, Daniel, and Katie. Janelle was a social worker for the Minneapolis, Minnesota Public Housing Authority for many years. Janelle and her family moved back to Council Bluffs in 2007 after spending nearly 30 years in Minnesota. In addition to her parents, Janelle was preceded in death by her sister, Marty Lee. Janelle is survived by her husband of 43 years, Steven Liddick of Council Bluffs; sons, Joshua (Sarah) Liddick of Elk River, Minnesota, Daniel (Katie) Liddick of Minneapolis, Minnesota; daughter, Katie Liddick of Council Bluffs; brother, Larry Traylor in Colorado; brothers-in-law, Michael (Mary) Liddick of Council Bluffs, Victor (Nancy) Lee of Charlottesville, Virginia; sisters-in-law, Patti Liddick of Waco, Texas, Vicki Rector of Grand Rapids, Michigan; nieces and nephews. Memorial service, Friday, 1:00 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
