Huttner, Marilyn Jean (nee Olson) Age 78, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on May 14, 2018. Survived by her loving husband Jack of 58 years, son Bob (Holly), daughter Janet (David) Hribar; grandchildren David Hribar, Hannah Hallahan (Cody), Samantha Hribar and Hillary Huttner; and great- grandchildren Blake and Lucas Hallahan. She is preceded in death by her parents Alvin & Anna Olson, and sister Barbara Rye. Marliyn was born in Minneapolis on July 10, 1939. She grew up in Excelsior and graduated from Minne-tonka High School. She married Jack on October 17, 1959. Marilyn had a love for music and was active in her church choir for many years. She treasured time with her family and friends, and was an inspiration to many, always offering a smile and a kind word to all she met. She was loved by many and will be missed. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 301 County Rd 19, Excelsior, MN 55331. (952-474-8893) Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church on Wed. A light lunch will follow service. Private interment at Groveland Cemetery, Deephaven.
