McCoy, Louise M. age 81, of Eden Prairie, passed away March 20th, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Joseph and Clara Budde. Survived by husband Gerald of 58 years; daughters, Susan (Matt) Strand, Peggy (Rich) West- lund, Mary Beth (Jeff) Greenwell, and son Paul (Suzy); eleven grandchildren, two great-grand children and many other relatives and friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grand children at the family cabin (SUPEMAPA) in Northern Minnesota. She gave generously of her time, talent and treasure by serving the community through her volunteering in the Lioness, Lions, Eden Prairie Foundation, Girl Scouts, PROP, Meals on Wheels and the March of Dimes. Her degree in nursing served her well as a mother and reaching out to others. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open Yogurt Ect. in 1985. The family wants to extend a special thank you to the staff at Clara's Care, The Colony and Fairview Hospice who cared for her with patience, dignity and love and kept her comfortable through her courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Funeral service to be held Wednesday April 4th at 11 AM with visitation one hour prior at Pax Christi Catholic Church 12100 Pioneer Trail Eden Prairie, MN 5537. Evening visitation on Tuesday April 3rd from 5-8 PM at Washburn-McReavy Eden Prairie Chapel 7625 Mitchell Rd. Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (952) 975-0400.
