Van Dell-LeRoy, Norma Jean (Oaks) Went to be with Jesus her Savior, who she loved and served, on March 17, 2018. Preceded in death by parents Lewis and Alice Oaks; husband Wallace Van Dell and second husband Roy J. LeRoy, also son Gerald. Survived by son Gregory (Elizabeth) Van Dell; step sons, David, Michael and Joseph LeRoy; step-daughters, Helen Herlache and Margaret Pockrandt; four grandchildren; and 13 step-grandchildren; brothers Lewis Oaks, Jr. and Robert Oaks; sisters Diane Lande and Dolly Talbert; and a host of friends. A 1945 graduate of Aitkin High School, 1971 U of M graduate tax business course. Owner of Van Dell Income Tax and Accounting Service. Wally and Norma Jean incorporated Impossible Miracles Ministry, as traveling evangelists. Following Wally's death, Norma Jean continued the ministry, traveling alone until her marraiage to Dr. LeRoy 3 years later. Norma Jean resided at Crest View Senior Community in Columbia Heights until her death. In lieu of flowers, please perform a random act of kindness. Funeral service Friday, March 23 at 10:30 AM at Emmanuel Christian Center, 7777 University Ave. N.E., Spring Lake Park. Interment Fort Snelling Cemetery.
