Bouta, Dennis George of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly while on vacation February 12, 2018, at the age of 60. Preceded in death by his mother, Mary Margaret and nephew Brian Bouta. Survived by the love of his life and wife of 38 years, Julie, children: Sean, Colleen (Shawn), Natalie (Ryan); eight grandchildren: Dominick 20 (fiancee Eva), Cooper 12, Noah 10, Mattea 8, Sophia 5, Emerson 4, Estela 1, Vincent 3 months; loving Father Alfred C. Bouta, siblings: Bonny (Ron) Paetznick, Bruce (Anne), Jerry (Laurie), Mary Ann, joined her beloved brother Dennis in death March 9th, sister-in-law Lisa Rowland; loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, and great friend to everyone who knew him. Dennis attended Cooper High School and went on to be a devoted employee of the Lupient Automotive Group, where he made many dear friends. His greatest joy was his family. He cherished and doted on his wife and best friend Julie Anne. He was an extraordinary father and grandfather, leaving behind an incredible legacy for generations to follow. His character was beyond admirable; he was humble, selfless, kind, patient, loyal, optimistic, and innovative. He had a unique way of making those around him feel loved and found ways to connect with everyone he met. Dennis would go out of his way to make you feel special by performing simple, random acts of thoughtfulness, recognizing in each of us that which would bring us the most joy. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, boating, fishing, all sports, and was a proud supporter of his children and grandchildren's games and activities. He took joy in cooking for his family and friends, and made every gathering memorable with his humor, grace and loving spirit. He was known for his ability to fix and build just about anything and was an avid landscaper and gardener. His greatest passion was a lifelong love of music, which he enthusiastically shared with all. Dennis lived his life with integrity, honor and an abiding love for all who knew him. A celebration of Dennis's life is planned for Friday, March 23rd at Brookview Golf Course in the Bassett Creek Room, 316 Brookview Pkwy S, Golden Valley, MN. Family and friends will gather for a visitation beginning at 10am followed by a service and luncheon at 11am. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Car Clinic thecarclinic.org/… in Dennis' honor.
