Kramer, Robert "Bob" Ernest Age 87, of Burnsville, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family, January 1, 2018. Bob is preceded in death by his parents Phillip and Margaret Kramer, sister Bari Saccoman, and grandson Tyler Schultz. Bob was born and raised in Minneapolis, graduated from St. Louis Park High School, went on to serve in the Air Force for four years. He was married to his loving wife Ruth for 62 wonderful years. He retired from the FAA as an Air Traffic Controller. Over the years Bob enjoyed gardening and maintained a beautiful back yard filled with a wide variety of flowers, grasses and plants. Reading and watching old westerns was a favorite pastime. Devoted Husband, Father, Grandpa and Son, Bob was always there when help was needed. Long time member of St John the Baptist Catholic Church in Savage where he enjoyed attending Mass. Bob will be deeply missed by his loving family, wife Ruth, sister Darlene (Don) Gallaway, children Nancy (Tim) Schultz, Julie (Dean) Thompson, Carol (Michael) Meyer, dear grandchildren Kelsey and Sam Schultz, Rachel and Abbey Meyer, Austin Thompson, niece and nephews. Special thanks to the kind and caring staff on third floor at Fairview Ridges Hospital. Private Service will be held.
