I-35W ramp closing in Bloomington, weather permitting
The closure of the entrance ramp from 98th Street to northbound Interstate Hwy. 35W in Bloomington -- part of the ongoing reconstruction of I-35W from Burnsville to downtown Minneapolis -- has been rescheduled to Thursday at 8 p.m. because of weather conditions, state transportation officials said.
