RNC no traffic area and detours
St. Paul police have released the no-traffic zone area in downtown St. Paul that will be in place during the Republican National Convention at the end of the month. The plan will go into effect starting after the evening rush hour on Friday, Aug. 29, and will end by Saturday, Sept. 6. Here's a look.
