Tribe to get landscaping rights at new Gopher stadium
The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community has won landscaping rights to the two marked areas in this drawing of the new University of Minnesota football stadium. In return, the band will donate $10 million toward the cost of building the facility, which already is under construction.
