Drought in Midwest on the increase
Moderate to severe to drought has been declared in parts of Minnesota. Around the country there is exceptional to extreme drought in the southwest and in the south. Drought usually hits farmers first and hardest; city dwellers may eventually pay higher prices for farm products.
