TODAY'S EVENTS
With concerts and memorials today, Germans will celebrate the day the Berlin Wall opened up 20 years ago. ¶ Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will head the U.S. delegation at the festivities. ¶ Former Polish leader Lech Walesa, whose Solidarity movement played a key role in ending communism in Eastern Europe, will have a featured role, tipping over the first in a mile-long row of 71/2-foot-high dominoes representing the Wall.
